A Little About Me…
My early interest in the mind led me to study psychology in college. But after earning my undergraduate degree, I realized I needed something more than theory - I needed to come into deeper connection with my own body. That began what would become a 13-year journey of grounding, embodiment, and inner listening (really a 30-year journey that still continues today).
This path first led me into immersive studies of meditation and mindfulness, followed by the breath and movement practices of yoga, and eventually into massage therapy and energy work. Each layer brought me deeper into my own body—and with each step, I moved from student to practitioner, sharing what I was learning with others, and deepening my understanding of this process of evolving and healing.
In 2008, I began formal training in somatic psychology, where everything came together. I finally found a framework that could integrate the depth of psychological insight with the intelligence of the body—a truly holistic way to support healing.
Today, I continue to be fascinated by how healing unfolds uniquely in each person. Different bodies, different histories, different developmental stages, even different soul-level purposes—each person’s path is distinct. I find deep meaning in exploring what healing means for you—right now, in this season of your life.
The more I deepen my own embodiment and presence, the more attuned I become to the subtle movements of my clients’ nervous systems—the quiet signals of activation, settling, protection, or readiness. Blossoming and evolving is a lifelong process. As I continue to grow in myself, I’m also continually refining my craft—offering this work from an ever-deepening well of experience, insight, and care.
